Service and Accounts

qualityenhancer provides AI-assisted image and video enhancement features. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that output will meet every creative, technical, commercial, or legal requirement.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

Billing and Credits

Subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Credits may be consumed according to the enhancement workflow or feature you use. Except where required by law, completed payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

Your Content and AI Output

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or commercial use and for obtaining any required rights, permissions, model releases, or approvals. Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or harmful content.

Prohibited Activities

You may not violate applicable law, interfere with others' use of the Service, seek unauthorized access, distribute malware, overload or abuse the platform or its integrations, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload media you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual Property, Suspension, and Liability

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, qualityenhancer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
