Content owner and product information review

Quality Enhancer Team

Quality Enhancer helps people inspect and improve supported image and video files through focused online workflows. We publish product information around what the interface can do today, where a file must meet a format or size boundary, and how to review an output before using it in a larger project.

What Quality Enhancer is for

Quality Enhancer provides focused workflows for supported media that looks soft, compressed, noisy, or undersized. The product is intended to help you inspect an enhancement decision before publishing, sharing, reviewing, or returning to a wider editing workflow. It is not a replacement for editorial choices such as story structure, captions, colour decisions, rights clearance, or a new creative treatment. The published guides point to the exact limits and choices visible in the live product instead of relying on generic performance claims.

Capabilities and limits

Product pages describe the formats, mode choices, output scales, and file checks that are available in the current interface. For video, Lite provides a browser-based 2x comparison path. Ultra requires an account, accepts only its listed video formats, provides 2x and 4x choices, and checks a detected duration before work begins. A result should always be reviewed at the intended playback size; no workflow can restore detail that was never captured in the source.

How processing information is shown

The video workflow displays source details that it can read, including file information and detected dimensions or duration where available. Ultra uses the selected duration and output scale to estimate credits before enhancement starts. The completed task is the final record of the result. We use clear file checks and visible result comparison so users can decide from the source and output rather than from a marketing promise.

Data and download transparency

Lite runs in the browser. For Ultra, a completed result download link is available for 24 hours after completion. This availability window is not a claim about automatic data deletion. For the current handling terms and privacy information, use the linked Privacy page; contact support when you need help with a specific account or file question.

How we keep this information accountable

This page is owned by the Quality Enhancer Team and reviewed when the public product behaviour or linked policy changes. We do not use invented customer names, fabricated quotes, or unverified outcome statistics as evidence. If you find a page that does not match the live interface, let the support team know so it can be checked and corrected. A download-link expiry and data deletion are separate facts, so we describe only the behaviour that can be verified.
