2026/07/28
Welcome to qualityenhancer ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our AI image and video enhancement platform at qualityenhancer.org (the "Service").
Last Updated: July 28, 2026
We may collect account details such as your name and email address, payment details processed by Stripe, device and diagnostic information, and the prompts, images, videos, audio references, and settings you submit to use the Service.
We use information to provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions and credit purchases, deliver support, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate service updates when permitted, and improve reliability and usability.
Your prompts and uploaded media are processed to provide requested enhancement, upscaling, denoising, sharpening, preview, and download features. We may use carefully selected third-party processing, storage, analytics, payment, and email providers to operate the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Media may be retained in your account until you delete it. Deleted media is removed from our active systems within 30 days where technically feasible; account data is removed within 90 days after account deletion unless retention is required by law or needed to resolve a security, payment, or legal matter.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the Service, including cloud storage and hosting providers, Stripe for payments, analytics providers, email providers, and AI processing providers. We do not sell personal information. We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, and secure payment processing, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To make a request, email support@qualityenhancer.org or use our contact page. We aim to respond within 30 days unless another period is required by law.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and understand aggregate use of the Service. You can manage cookies in your browser, although disabling them may limit functionality. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Service.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. Information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards where required.
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@qualityenhancer.org or visit qualityenhancer.org/contact.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 28, 2026.
